美国之音《人权组织：人权报告全面反映中国人权状况》

总部在纽约的人权组织中国人权说，美国国务院2013年国别人权报告中国部分，既点出了重大问题又提及了许多个案，用克里国务卿的话说就是“适逢其时”。中国人权资深政策顾问高文谦表示：“中国今年是六四25周年，六四以后各种社会矛盾靠着维稳的模式压制现在已经到达了一个全面爆发的一个临界点。”
